Meditation on Christ’s death and suffering
Self judgment.
Sorrow for sin.
Desire for Christ.
Feeding on Him in faith.
Trusting in Him.
Rejoicing in His love.
Giving thanks for His grace.
Renewal of your covenant with God and commitment to Christ.
